Thereafter our Company was converted from private limited to public limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on May 25 2007 and the name of the Company was changed from “Shri Hare-Krishna Sponge Iron Private Limited” to “Shri Hare-Krishna Sponge Iron Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 20 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal.
