The Company was incorporated on 19th November 1986 asSWASTIK COMMERCE AND FINANCE PVT LIMITED with the Registrarof Companies Uttar Pradesh at Kanpur. Subsequently it wasconverted into Public limited company on 26th August 1995under the name of Shreevatsa Finance and Leasing Limited.The Company has obtained a fresh certificate ofincorporation consequent upon change of its name on 11thSeptember 1995. The Company was originally promoted byShri Anil K Tulsiyan and Shreekant Mishra both charteredaccountants by profession to make an investments in sharesand securities. They were managing the company upto 26thAugust 1995 and after their resignation from the Board ofDirectors of the company now the Company is Managed byanother promoter and Managing Director Shri Sanjiv Garg.Shri Sanjeev Garg the main promoter director joined thecompany in Aug 1995 only.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe Company is presently engaged in the business ofinvestments and trading in securities in primary andsecondary market. Up to the date of 10th October 1995 theCompany has already deployed Rs. 1.24 Lacs for land Rs.38.31 lacs as loans intercorporate deposits it has madeinvestments in shares and securities to the amount of Rs.142.86 Lacs. This entire amount has been brought in by thePromoters as their contribution towards equity sharecapital.
