Our Company was originally incorporated as a private company in the name and style of “Shreenath Paper Products Private Limited” under the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated October 10 2011 issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai. Thereafter pursuant to a resolution passed by its Shareholders in the extraordinary general meeting held on December 30 2011 the business of M/s. Shrinath Papers a proprietorship concern was taken over as per the terms of the MoU dated December 09 2011. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting of our members held on March 21 2023 and consequently upon conversion the name of our Company was changed to “Shreenath Paper Products Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 20 2023 issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai.MAJOR EVENTS & MILESTONES:2011- Incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of Shreenath Paper Products Private Limited2023- Converted into a Public Limited Company in the name and style of “Shreenath Paper Products Limited”
