SHREE RAJIVLOCHAN OIL EXTRACTION LIMITED was originallyincorporated as a Private Limited Company on 23.8.1990 withthe Registrar of Companies Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior. Itwas subsequently converted into a Public Limited Companywith effect from 25th November 1994 in terms of theresolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting ofthe Company held on 8th November 1994.PRESENT BUSINESSThe Company is presently engaged in the business ofsolvent extraction of rice bran with an installed capacityof 100 TPD at its factory site located at Plot No. 671-678Industrial Area Urla Raipur 493 221. Till January1993 since its incorporation the Company was in theprocess of tying up the necessary infrastructual facilitiesterm loan and the project was under implementationhence no operations were carried out. The Companystarted commercial production in January 1993. TheCompany was sanctioned a Term Loan of Rs. 84 Lakhsby M/s. Madhya Pradesh Audhyogik Vikas Nigam Ltd.and Rs. 27 Lakhs by Madhya Pradesh FinancialCorporation for the existing unit.The Company is now taking up an expansion programme with aview to increase the capacity of solvent extraction of ricebran soyabean another minor seeds from 100 TPD to 300 TPD.
