The name of the Company was changed to Shree OSFM E-Mobility Private Limited vide certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued on May 08 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra. The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to Shree OSFM E-Mobility Limited vide Special Resolution dated July 21 2023 pursuant to conversion of the Company into public limited Company.
