Our Company was incorporated on July 09 2021 as a Private Limited Company as “Shlokka Dyes Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad. Subsequently pursuant to a Special Resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on October 08 2024 our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Shlokka Dyes Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on November 11 2024 by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U24299GJ2021PLC124004.MAJOR EVENTS:2021- Our Company was incorporation as private limited company under the name “Shlokka Dyes Private Limited”2022- Our Company has set up manufacturing facility situated at C/54 GIDC Saykha Dist. Bharuch – 392140 which is admeasuring land spread Approx. of 5000 sq. mtr. Together with construction of factory shed/building of about 5731.81 sq. metre.
