Shiva Fertilizers Limited (SFL) a closely held publiclimited company was incorporated on 6th January 1993 withthe main objective of manufacturing Single Super Phosphate(SSP). The Registered office and Works of the company issituated at Dhakni Village Osmannagar Road NandedDistrict Maharashtra. The Company obtained Certificate forbusiness commencement on 21.4.1993.The existing project to manufacture 200 TPD of SSP had beenappraised by the State Industrial and investmentCorporation of Maharashtra Limited (SICOM). The cost of theproject as appraised by SICOM was Rs.325 Lacs and wasfunded by way of Equity Share Capital of Rs.135 LacsUnsecured Deposits of Rs.10 lacs Special Capital incentiveof Rs.30 lacs and Term Loan of Rs.150 lacs. The project wasimplemented successfully in March 1994 and commercialproduction was commenced in April 1994.The company has successfully commissioned the project inMarch 1994-as scheduled without any over-run. The companyhad commenced the commercial operation in April 1994. Theoperations of the company have been satisfactory. Thecompany''s product marketed under the brand name "TRISHUL"has been well accepted by the farmers.The company has obtained permission from Govt. of AndhraPradesh and Maharashtra for marketing its product in therespective State. The Product has been sold both in theform of powder and Granules under the brand name "TRISHUL".The products of the company have been well positioned inthe market and the demand has been consistentlyincreasing.The company has not faced any labour problem and consequentclosure till date.
