The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 9thMay 1972 under the name & style Central Concrete and AlliedProducts PrIvate Limited and was eligible to commence businessfrom the said date in terms of Section 149 (7) of the CompaniesAct 1956. Susequently the Company was converted to a PublicLimited Company on 26th July 1990 under the name & style CentralConcrete and Allied Products Limited (a closely held PublicLimited Company).The Company has been promoted by six Engineers and oneIndustrialist. Of the said promoters Mr. C. Mukherji & Mr. A.Mitra still continue to be Directors in the present board of theCompany. Among the remaining promoters three of them have leftthe Company & two have expired.The Company is engaged in Civil Construction work and wasassociated with Construction of many prestigious Projects likeMoolchand Fly-Over at New Delhi Sealdah Fly-Over at CalcuttaCooling Tower at Panipat Tunnel Construction work of MetroRailway Calcutta Suspension Bridge at Nepal Construction ofBankim Setu Howrah etc.
