Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to 'Shashijit Infraprojects Private Limited' and vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to name changed was issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat on June 20 2016. Further The Company was converted into public company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 July 2016 and the Company was converted into a public limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation issued on August 24 2016 by Registrar of Companies Gujarat and the name of the company was changed to 'Shashijit Infraprojects Limited'.
