The Company was originally Incorporated on March 11 2019 as a Private Limited Company as “Shantidoot Infra ServicesPrivate Limited” vide Registration No. 041303 under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar ofCompanies Central Registration Centre. Further the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant toShareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General meeting held on June 16 2022 and the name of thecompany was changed to “Shantidoot Infra Services Limited” vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent uponconversion of Company to Public Limited Company dated July 01 2022 was issued by Registrar of Companies Patna.The Corporate Identification Number U93000BR2019PLC041303. For further Details of Incorporation and Change inRegistered Office of the Company.We operate from the state of Bihar which is developing state on various parameters of development indicators like health education basic infrastructure etc. Considering slow growth of all these developmental inputs retarded private sector players from both in and outside to invest their resources in Bihar. In such developmental milieu the Promoter Mr. Avijeet Kumar a visionary with foresight and ground level experience of executing a wide array of social developmental & welfare projects conceptualized to establish a Start-up Company mainly engaged in construction of institutional buildings like schools colleges hospitals offices hotels etc.Apart from undertaking new projects we also carry out projects of re-designing re-modeling and renovating institutionsas per the need of the clients. We categorize the projects mainly into two segments viz. Government sector and Privatesector.
