The Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited under the Companies Act 1956 (“Companies Act”) in the name and style of “M/s Service Care Private Limited” on 13th May 2011 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Bangalore Karnataka. Later on company was converted into public limited company the name of the Company was changed to “Service Care Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 18th 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Bangalore Karnataka.The Company was promoted initially by Mrs. Shany Jalal and Mr. Anil Kumar M both of them laid down thefoundation of the company in the year 2011 as a Private Limited in the name of “M/s Service Care PrivateLimited” with a vision to establish itself as a globally integrated Service Company later on they converted Private Limited into Public Limited Company in the name and style of “Service Care Limited”.The Company was incorporated with the objective to providing services as Work Space Administration Services & Work Force Administration Services across all the business domains. With the overall experience and Market presence of more than 23 years of the promoters company have establish its creditability with its customers and partners across the country.
