SAWACA FINANCE LIMITED was incorporated as a Public LimitedCompany on 20th December 1994 in the State of Gujarat.The Company obtained the certificate for commencement ofbusiness from the Registrar of Companies Gujarat onDecember 28 1994. The Company was started with theobjective of exploiting the vast potential of the financialservices which have grown immensely after theliberalisation of the Indian economy.PRESENT BUSINESSThe Company has commenced its operations in the fields ofinvestment in primary and secondary market corporate loans& advances and loan syndications to its corporate clientsand at present has deployed its funds in primary marketsand secondary markets loans and advances to corporatesectors. The company is gradually commencing operations inother fields like import financing lease and hire purchaseactivities. The investment strategies and policies are decided by acommittee comprising of Shri. Satishbhai R. Shah ChairmanShri. Shetal S. Shah Director under the guidance andadvice of Shri. Kiritkumar S. Joshi and Shri. KumudbhaiDoshi Directors. The case to case investment decisions areput to the Board.
