Our Company was originally incorporated as “Shubhangi Metal Private Limited” on January 16 2006 as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Thereafter the name of our Company was changed to “Savy Infra and Logistics Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 21 2023 was issued by the RoC Ahmedabad. Our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the extra-ordinary general meeting of our Company held on June 13 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to “Savy Infra and Logistics Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 03 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U52290GJ2006PLC047516.
