Our Company was originally incorporated as “Sattva Engineering Construction Private Limited” a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 and received a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies Tamil Nadu dated December 21 2005. Subsequently the name of our Company was changed from “Sattva Engineering Construction Private Limited” to “Sattva Engineering Construction Limited” consequent to conversion of our Company from private limited company to public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on November 25 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre dated December 23 2024.
