AVANTI FINANCE LIMITED (AFL) was originally incorporatedwith Registrar of Companies at Gwalior in the state ofMadhya Pradesh on 19.4.1985 in the name of Patel Leasingand Finance Private Limited. The name of the company waschanged to Avanti Finance Limited on 23.06.92 and on thesame day it was converted in to Public Limited Company.The company was promoted by Shri A.C. Patel anIndustrialist based at Indore and by Shri V.V. Hirde. Thecompany was initially engaged in Fund base activities likeinvestment in the equity shares of listed and well knownpublic limited companies. Recently company has diversifiedin short term money market operations at large scale likeinter corporate deposits short term and unsecuredadvances and recorded a tremendous growth in the aboveareas.
