The Company was originally incorporated as “SAR Televenture Private Limited” as a private limited companyunder the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 24 2019issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. Subsequently the Company was converted to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on March 21 2023 and the name of the Company was changed to the name of the Company was changed to ‘SAR Televenture Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi on April 13 2023. S A R Venture Private Limited and Mr. Deepak Chaudhary were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
