The Company was incorporated as Sanghvi Brands Promoters Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated February 16 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Pune. Subsequently the name of the company was changed from Sanghvi Brands Promoters Private Limited to Sanghvi Brands Private Limited vide shareholder’s approval on January 09 2017 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 21 2017.
