Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to “Sancode Technologies Private Limited” vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 04 2022 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra dated November 18 2022.
