The Company was originally incorporated on September 26 2019 as a private limited company as “Sailani Tours NTravels Private Limited” vide Registration No. 234136 under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 10 2021 the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ‘Sailani Tours N Travels Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on October 07 2021 by the Registrar of Companies Kolkata.
