Thereafter our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated August 25 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Rudra Gas Enterprise Private Limited” to “Rudra Gas Enterprise Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 4 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad.
