ROYAL CUSHION VINYL PRODUCTS LTD. was incorporated on 21stNovember 1983 as Private Limited Company and became aDeemed Public Limited with effect from 16th September1987. as per the provisions of Sections 43A of theCompanies Act 1956. The Company was converted into PublicLimited Company on 18th January 1993.The Company is in the business of manufacturing andmarketing Cushion Vinyl Flooring material. It commencedoperations in 1985 with an installed capacity of 22 lakhsquare metres p.a. The Company later installed additionalmachinery of Rs. 2.30 crores which has doubled theproduction capacity to 44 lakh square meters p.a.The Company will be operating through two different unitsbelonging to the Company.The Company had not been involved in any labour unrest /litigations / defaults or closure of units.
