The Company was incorporated as “Roni Households Private Limited” on October 09 2017 under the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai bearing Registration No. 300575. The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to “Roni Households Limited” by a special resolution passed on January 19 2018. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on March 01 2018 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Further pursuant to Business Takeover Agreement dated April 05 2018 the Company acquired the business of M/s. Roni Enterprises a proprietorship concern of one of the Promoter Mr. Harish Sirwani.
