The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Tamil Nadu Chennai Andaman and Nicobar Islands on January 18 2010 with the name 'Rithwik Building Services Private Limited‘. Further the Company changed its name pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 28 2017 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to 'Rithwik Facility Management Services Private Limited‘ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies Tamil Nadu Chennai on August 18 2017.
