Govindji Trikamdas & Co. has acquired a 100%Export Oriented Weaving Unit situated at 117-A Kaneri RoadR.N. Compound Bhiwandi Dist. Thane Maharashtra comprising of24 looms of Cimmco make alongwith stores and spares for aconsideration of Rs.32.60 Lakhs. The said E.O.U. has beentransferred in the name of the Company by the Office of theDevelopment Commissioner SEEPZ. Bombay in the month of October1994.The Company has already commenced production tram the said loomsapart from the trading activity.
