Merchant BankingStock-Broking Portfolio Management Project ConsultancyLoan Syndication Capital Structuring and also for carryingout fund- based activities viz. Leasing InvestmentsBill Discounting Bought Out Deals (BODs) etc. The Companystarted its operations from end March 1993 and in the veryfirst year it made profits and declared dividends. The nameof the Company was changed to Richfield Financial ServicesPvt. Ltd from 5th February 1993. The Company was convertedto the public limited company and fresh Certificate ofincorporation consequent to change in name was obtained on16th December 1994.
