Our Company was originally incorporated on March 22 2001 as “Reliable Data Services Private Limited” vide Registration no. 110145/2001-2002 (CIN: U72900DL2001PTC110145) under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana.
