The Company was originally incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd.Company on 1st January 1992 with Mrs. Narayanan and Mrs.S. Balasubramanian as the first directors of the company.The company commenced its business activities withinvestment in shares and securities.In September 1994 Mr.Dinesh Gupta Mr.Satish Kusumbiwaland associates took over the controlling interest in thecompany by acquiring 9920 Equity Shares at the rate of Rs.11/- per share. The company was converted into a PublicLimited Company with effect from 30th September 1994.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY1. To finance industrial enterprises and to advance or.lend monies to bodies corporate firms associations ofpersons and/ or individual for business and investmentpurpose.2.To carry on the business of portfolio mangers advisorsand consultants for investment in shares debenturesstocks units and other securities and money marketsinstruments issued by or on behalf of any person orgovernment or any statutory or non-statutory body ororganisation.A Special Resolution passed at the Extra-General Meetin ofthe company held on 31st October 1994 has approve interalia the commencement of the following activities whichappear under ''Other Objects'' in the Company''s Memorandum ofAssociation1.
