The Company was incorporated on December 28 1994 with the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Bombay (ROC) as a Private Limited Company. The Company was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 10 1995 and a Certificate of change of name consequent to such conversion was obtained from the ROC on April 4 1995.Present activitiesThe Company is yet to commence its mainline activities as per themedium term business plan finalised by the Management of theCompany for implementation during the next three financial years.The Company was incorporated on 28.12.1994 and the promotersequity Contribution of Rs. 90 lakhs was brought in on 02.01.1995 and the same was utilised for paying the security deposit for the office premises for the Company the details of which are furnished separately.Additional contribution of Rs.16000000/- towards equity capital of promoters was received by the Company on 18th August 1995. As an immediate avenue for deployment of these liquid funds available with the Company the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 18th August 1995 decided to use the funds for purchasing on "spot basis" certain Equity Shares and Mutual Fund units from M/s. Arora Corporation one of the proprietory group unit owned by the promoter & Managing Director Mr. Rupinder Singh Arora. These shares/units were acquired by Arora Corporation earlier through primary market investments & secondary market buying and the same were bought by the Company on "actual cost" basis from Arora Corporation without adding any holding charges/costs.SUBSIDIARY COMPANIESThe Company does not have any subsidiary.
