The Company was originally incorporated on June 13 2015 as a private limited Company under the name and style of “Rajnish Hot Deals Private Limited” under the provisions of Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai and Maharashtra. Subsequently the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on February 01 2018. Pursuant to a resolution of the Shareholders passed on February 03 2018 the name of the Company was changed to Rajnish Wellness Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai on February 09 2018.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES2015- Incorporation of the Company2017- Idea of selling consumable in combos got tremendous response which is now 1000 enquiries a day.2018- Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company
