A. R. Enterpnses Limited (AREL) was original lyincorporated on 26.12.1980 as a Private Limited Companywith Registrar of Companies Rajasthan at Jaipur andsubsequently converted into public limited company in termsof the resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary GeneralMeeting of the company held on 30.12.1992 under Section 21Section 31 and other relevant provisions of the Act. Afresh certificate of incorporation dated 27.1.1993 wasissued by the Registrar of Companies Rajasthan at Jaipur.AREL commenced operations with drilling of tubewells in1980 which continued till December 1 988. Thereafter itshifted to its present business of excavation andtransportation of Limestone on contracts basis. ARELexcavates and transports 6000 tonnes per day of Limestoneon long term job contract basis for cement manufacturerslike J.K. Cement Works at Nimbahera Dist. ChittorgarhRajasthan (Unit of J.K. Synthetics Ltd.) for 4000 tonnesper day and Manikgarh Cement Works for 2000 tonnes per dayat Gadchandur Tehsil Rajora Dist. Chandrapur Maharashtra(Unit of Century Industries Ltd.). AREL obtained financialassistance from banks and lease financing companies foracquiring various equipments required for this purpose.AREL has been successfully operating the present activitiesover six years now.
