The Company was incorporated at Chennai Tamil Nadu under the name ‘Radiant Cash Management Services Private Limited’ on March 23 2005 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 and was granted a certificate of incorporation by the RoC. Thereafter the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held August 21 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Radiant Cash Management Services Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 25 2021 was issued to the Company by the RoC.Major events and milestones :2005- First Contract with Deutsche Bank and started operations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.2011- Yes Bank added to the client list of the Company.2012- State Bank of India added to the client list of the Company.2018- Axis Bank added to the client list of the Company.2019- Hiveloop Logistics added as a direct client of the Company.2021- Bajaj Finance added as a direct client of the Company.Key Awards accreditations and recognitions :2014- Received the ‘Best Cash Management Services’ award at the 3rd State Conference CAPSI & APDI Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry chapter.2015- Awarded the gold medal for “Enhancing the image of India in abroad” by the Institute of Economic Studies India at the “Global Economic Scenario” seminar held in Bangkok Thailand.2018- The Company received an award at ‘Asia’s Greatest Brands 2018’ award in the Category ‘Cash Logistics Services’ by ‘Asia One’ magazine.
