The Company was incorporated on 3rd February 1995 underthe Companies Act 1956 as "Radhe Developers (India) Ltd."with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat & Dadra & NagarHaveli at Ahmedabad and obtained certificate ofcommencement of business on 7th February 1995.The main aim of the company is promoting constructing anddeveloping residential and commercial complexes.The existing business activities of the Promoters arerestricted in a small area and all are small partnershipfirms. As a Corporate body the Company can create adistinct image and business activities can beincreased/expanded due to strong financial base & technicalsupport.The Company has been formed with the basic purpose ofincreasing the operations substantially in the comingyear. The company needs to augment its long termresources strengthen its capital base. As the Promotersof the Company have been in this line of business for oversix yearn and have already completed projects inassociation with other ventures of promoters worth Rs. 1413lacs in and around Ahmedabad the Promoters feel that withthis background it would be beneficial to become acorporate body to make use of the immense potential.
