Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited in the name of “Purv Flexipack Private Limited” (PFPL) under the Provision of Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 11 2005 issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal bearing the Corporate Identification Number U25202WB2005PTC103086. In the year 2014 M/s. Pushpanjali Tradelink Private Limited was merged with PFPL pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation as approved by the High Court of Calcutta vide order dated July 08 2014.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2005Incorporated as Purv Flexipack Private Limited to trade into petroleum products across flexible packaging film inks adhesives pigments etc.2005Started distribution of Polyester BOPP & Metalized Films for SRF Ltd. Collaborated with Poddar Pigments Ltd. for distribution of master batches.2008Expanded and opened branch in Guwahati. Added inks in the portfolio from Uflex Ltd.2013Added Titanium Dioxide in the portfolio from Tronox Ltd.2017Became the Del Crede Associate (DCA) cum Consignment Stockist (CS) of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. for PP & PE Granules for Kolkata region.2018Added Solvent less adhesive from Brilliant Polymers Pvt.
