Our Company was incorporated as ‘Pritika Engineering Components Private Limited’ on February 20 2018 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Chandigarh. Pursuant to a special resolution of our Shareholders passed in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on April 16 2022 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Pritika Engineering Components Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21 2022 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Punjab & Chandigarh at Chandigarh.
