The Company was originally incorporated as “Priti International Limited” at Jodhpur Rajasthan as a Public Limited Company under the provision of Companies Act 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated June 30 2017 bearing Corporate Identification Number U36994RJ2017PLC058454 issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. the Company acquired the ongoing business of M/s Priti International i.e. Proprietorship Concern of the Promoter Priti Lohiya vide Business Succession Agreement dated November 11 2017.
