The Company was incorporated as Prataap Snacks Private Limited on March 23 2009 at Gwalior as a privatelimited company under the Companies Act 1956. Thereafter pursuant to a special resolution passed by theShareholders on September 9 2016 the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Prataap Snacks Limited.
