The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Companyon 29th March 1985. It was later converted into a PublicLimited Company on 19th January 1993. The Company obtained100% Export Oriented Unit entitlement certificate on08.07.1992. The Company is set-up to manufactureHDPE/Polypropylene Woven Leno bags. These bags are airpermeable and are widely used in developed countries forpacking vegetables. Presently the Company is engaged inthe manufacture of HDPE/PP Woven Circular Flat and Labelbags and HDPE/PP Polyknit bags.
