Govt. of India vide its letter No. LI:431(1993) dated07/12/1993 had issued a letter of intent to HSlDC for themanufacture of Sugar having capacity of 2500 TCD Sugar Millto be set up at lndri Distt. Karnal in the state of Haryanain the joint sector.A joint Sector financial collaboration agreement was signedbetween HSlDC and Piccadily Hotels Pvt. Ltd. & itsAssociates on 04/02/1994.Govt. of India vide its letter No. Ll:431 (93)195Amendement dated February 11995 has amended the originalletter of intent. Piccadily Agro Industries Limited willimplement the project in the assisted sector in terms ofthis letter.Piccadily Agro Industries Ltd. (PAIL) a public limitedcompany incorporated on 25th day of March 1994 is settingup a new plant for the manufacture of white crystal sugarrefined sugar with installed capacity of 2500 TCD(expandable to 3500 TCD) alongwith the facilities~ forco-generation of 6 MW power at village Bhadson situated onUmri- Indri link road about 8kms from Grand Trunk RoadDistt. Karnal Haryana in assisted sector with HaryanaState Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (HSlDC).
