The necessarycertificate for change of name from Pioneer Farms PrivateLimited to Pioneer Farms Limited has been obtained from theRegistrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad videtheir certificate dated 22nd January 1993.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe company initially established a Parent Farm and ahatchery unit in 1986-87 with 10500 broiler parent birdsand installed hatchery capacity of 325000 day old chicksper month. The current production of the unit is between 3to 4 lakhs. The unit was set up with a capital outlay of Rs40.00 lakhs at Neermagomla village. The actual productionof this unit commenced in 1988.
