Our Company was incorporated as ‘Petro Carbon and Chemicals Private Limited’ in Kolkata West Bengal as a limited company within the meaning of Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 05 2007 Issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies West Bengal. Thereafter our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on January 092024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to Petro Carbon and Chemicals Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 23 2024 was Issued by the RoC to our Company. For details relating to changes in the name and registered office of our Company.Major Events and Milestones:1975-PCCL’s plant was operational since this year wherein the detailed engineering and layout of the plant was done by Engineers India Limited2007-Our Company incorporated with the name of Petro Carbon and Chemicals Private Limited2018-our company was honoured with the prestigious NALCO VIKRETA UTKARSH PURASKAR recognizing us as the top supplier among all the suppliers of POL (Petroleum Oil and Lubricants) by the National Aluminium Company Limited2024-Our Company was converted from Private Limited company to Public Limited Company
