The Company was originally incorporated on April 26 2004 as “Pentagon Rubber Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Punjab H.P.& Chandigarh. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from “Pentagon Rubber Private Limited” to “Pentagon Rubber Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 28 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies Chandigarh.
