The Company was originally formed as a partnership firm in the name and style of “M/s. Pat Tech Fitwell Tube Components” vide partnership deed dated November 22 2012. Consequently the firm was converted into company under same style as “Pattech Fitwell Tube Components Private Limited” under the Companies Act 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated August 22 2022 issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre.
