Our Company was originally incorporated as “Patel Retail Private Limited” at Ambernath Maharashtra as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 13 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai.
