The Company was incorporated as "Patdiam Jewellery Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated June 25 1999 bearing Registration No.120537 issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai. Subsequently in September 7 2015 the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to "Patdiam Jewellery Limited". The Corporate Identity Number of the Company is U36911MH1999PLC120537.Samir Kakadia and Priti Kakadia were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Pravin Kakadia Chhagan Navadia and Mahesh Navadia first acquired Equity Shares of the Company on May 30 2002. Further Pravin Kakadia Samir Kakadia Chhagan Navadia and Mahesh Navadia Promoters of the Company have acquired further Equity Shares of the Company since then.
