The Company has obtained"Certificate for commencement of Business" on the 27.3.91and thereafter started its trading activities in Arts silkfabrics in which the Company was purchasing Grey fabricsfrom the market and selling it after processing the samefrom various process mills. The Company has stopped itstrading activities w.e.f. 1.04.94 and engaged in theimplementation of the project. The company is promoted by"Paras Group" Surat for setting up a plant to manufacturepartially oriented Polyester filament yarn (POPFY) with anaggregate capacity of 5740 TPA. The Paras Group is engagedin the manufacture/processing and sale of synthetic fabricslike Sarees Dress Materials and also texturising of yarn.
