Subsequently the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 24 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to “Par Drugs and Chemicals Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated November 5 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad.
