SRG INFOTEC (INDIA) LIMITED was originally incorporated on9th February 1984 as Fairdeal Leasing Finance & InvestmentCompany Limited with the main object of carrying out variousfinancial activities including object of carrying out variousfinancial activities including leasing hire purchase andalso with an object of dealing in bullion precious stonesof various kinds etc. Subsequently the name of the companywas changed to SRG FINMAN (INDIA) LIMITED on 30.11.1993.During August 1993 there was a change in the managementof the company as a result of acquisition of Shares by ateam of professionals. The Company has complied with allthe Legal Formalities of the take over including Clauses40-A and 40-B of the Listing Agreement. In respect ofclause 40-B the formalities were complied with after thetakeover of Shares by the management. The publicannouncement was made vide an advertisement in theStatesman Dainik Jagran and Business and PoliticalObserver on 12.04.1994. The Stock Exchange was alsoinformed by a notice on 12.04.1994. The offer was also sentto the individual share holders on 09.04.1994 at thehighest price prevailing during the last 6 months i.e.Rs. 25/-.The new management is a team of dedicated experienced andwell qualified professionals in the field of managingPublic Issues mainly in the capacity of Registrar to theIssue and carrying out various financial activities likeproject financing leasing loan syndication and otherallied activities.Subsequent to the change in the line of operations and themain thrust being on Information Technology the name of theCompany was changed to SRG INFOTEC (INDIA) LTD on 18thJanuary 1995.C. PRESENT BUSINESSThe Company is engaged in Software Development ComputerEducation Registrar and Share Transfer business andFinancial Activities.
