PADAM COTTON YARNS LIMITED was incorporated on the 2nd dayof November 1994 under the Companies Act 1956 having itsRegistered Office at 661 FARASH KHANA G. B. ROAD DELHI- 110006 and works at 71/3 Mile Stone G.T. Road KarnalHaryana. The Certificate of Commencement of Business wasobtained on the 7th day of December 1994 from theRegistrar of Companies NCT of Delhi & Haryana. The companyhas already acquired land on lease for setting up of theproject and has started construction of additional building90% of the construction of the additional building isalready complete and the company is in the process ofinstalling the plant & machinery at site.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe Company has been promoted by Sh. Padam Sain GuptaSh.Rajeev Kumar Aggarwal and Sh.Vivek Gupta to set up anopen end spinning mill to manufacture cotton yarn with aninstalled capacity of 3553 M.T.p.a. The Company is yet tocommence commercial production.
