Subsequently the Companychanged its name to Transpek Finance Ltd. and a freshcertificate of incorporation was obtained on June 23 1992.Since its inception TFL has been functioning as asubsidiary of Transpek Industry Ltd and oftering financialservices such as Leasing and Hire Purchase BillsDiscounting Inter Corporate Deposits and has recentlyintroduced activities like Auto Finance Equity Researchand Investments. The Company now proposes a major expansionof its Leasing and Hire Purchase activities with thrust infinancing Plant & Machinery and automobilles. It alsoproposes to expand its business in the area of BillsDiscounting Stock Market operations.
