Our Company was incorporated as ‘Ola Electric Mobility Private Limited’ at Bengaluru Karnataka as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 3 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre.
